I know this game just came out and all, but come on? Some people don’t want these crazy jobs. I’ve always wanted to be a teacher, and any opportunity in Sims before I would be a teacher. The fact that the jobs are just so out there and yet I’m unable to even be a teacher? I can be a secret agent, an astronaut, and even a high-class criminal, yet I can’t sit in front of kids and teach ABC’s? sorta disappointing….
I like how the careers branch. It’s a really nice touch. I just wish there was a bit more variety. No medicine, politics, education, or public safety jobs? What’s up with that?
I’m hoping there will be more jobs in the expansions, they did that with The Sims 3. I would love to see some ‘normal’ jobs like teachers. I definitely like the jobs for teenagers now.
No science, business, architecture (just adding my old favorites to everyone else’s complaints)! But of course they would hold back and charge us for the expansions to get back all the cool jobs.
The Sims Team is adding more careers in December free of charge as an update. I don’t know what the new careers are going to be.
So there isn’t a doctor career anymore? 🙁 Lame
There will be a Doctor’s career by the end of March when The Sims 4 Get to Work will be released. 🙂
Is it possible to quit your job? If so how
You can Quit your job by using your phone. You will find the ‘Quit Job’ option in Household in your phone.
Hey, Someone! Get your sim a computer and then click career (this will only come up when you have a job) and then click Quit Job! Simple, If you ask me.
Will get to work, or any future expansion include the teaching profession? I’d like that, considering that’s the field i’m getting into myself.
BION I’m imesspred! Cool post!
and what about the teaching career? i want my sim to teach high school students and children in schools -.-
a teacher playable career pls with option to choose to teach in basic school or highschool oh my it’s my dream to follow with my sim to job as teacher pls someone do this mod
Even tho I’m pretty late I’m pretty sure there are mods for the teacher career if I’m correct
