EA Answers HQ has just announced that The Sims team will be doing some maintenence on The Sims 4’s Gallery starting 1pm PST/ 3pm EST/ 9pm BST/ 6pm UTC and 10pm CET. . Here is what they had to say:

Hello Simmers!
We will be performing a maintenance on the Gallery beginning at 1 PM PT/8 PM UTC on Tuesday, May 7th.
During this maintenance, the Gallery will be offline and unavailable, but The Sims 4 will be playable offline. We will notify you once the maintenance has completed and you may resume using the Gallery.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
This means that Simmers will not be able to be able to access the Gallery until the maintenence is complete. Once the Gallery is live again we will let you know through the website.
