SimGuruDuke, the lead producer on The Sims 4 for consoles has confirmed that they are looking into adding the gallery to Playstation and Xbox One.
No launch date yet but it is one of the things we are working on

There is one problem I see with this though. There will be separate galleries for the xbox and ps4.

This is great news since many console players have wanted the gallery to be added to the game since it launched back in November, and it looks like we will finally be seeing the gallery on consoles in the near future!
