There are two new aspirations in this pack that can be very useful when leveling your Sim as a Spellcaster:

  • Purveyor of Potions
This Sim wants to learn every potion’s recipe and craft each one!
  • Spellcraft & Sorcery
This Sim craves a deep knowledge of the arcane magical arts.

Some potions have the same result as some of the spells but you can learn them all eventually. Pick the aspiration you’ll like the most.

How to level up your Spellcaster Rank

Leveling your Spellcaster rank will reward your Sim Talent Points. You can use those talent points to unlock perks to make your Sim a better Spellcaster. These are ways to level up your Sim as a Spellcaster:

  • Experiment or brew potions in a Cauldron. You can find the Cauldron in build mode.
  • Drink potions from your Inventory or directly from the Cauldron.

  • Ask for Magical Training from a Sage.

  • Choose the correct Spellcaster Perks to unlock new ways to level your Rank.

When your Sim is gaining new ranks, their interaction with objects will change. For example, when you reach the rank Adept, your Sim will stir the cauldron by bewitching the spoon.
