Build and visit a Spa in The Sims 4 Spa Day

Visit a local Spa and relax in the sauna, take long mud baths or take yoga classes to level up your Wellness skill. This game pack contains tons of new build and buy mode items, clothing, hairstyles and interactive objects.

Build your own Wellness Center on Spa Venues

Higher your building skills and design a relaxing Spa venue or place one of the three pre-built venues in your existing neighborhood and visit a Spa right away. When you visit the Spa there will be NPC Reflexologists walking around to help relax your Sim by giving massages.

Learn Yoga, Meditating and Massage therapy with the new Wellness skill

Start of with the Wellness skill by taking yoga classes, massage therapy or learning to meditate. They’ll even be able to make new recipes with special benefits!

  • Yoga
Sims will spin into their athletic attire (minus shoes!) when doing Yoga. Practice mindfulness meditation techniques on the new yoga mat for a sense of ease.
  • Massage Therapy
Leveling up you Wellness skill will help you give better massages on the massage chair. Help Sims reduce tense and uncomfortable buffs with these massage therapies. There are 6 types of relaxing massages: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Aromatherapy, Stone, & Fertility. The Fertility Massage increases your chances of having twins or triplets while the Sports Massage will decrease the timer for Uncomfortable buffs, and will grant a new Energized buff: Prepped for Fitness.
  • Meditation
Meditation masters earn supernatural Interactions. Sims who work up their Wellness become capable of levitation and, eventually, teleportation!

Decorate the Spa or your home with new spa items!

This pack has a lot of awesome spa related build and buy content! Place one of the two large aquarium that can hold up to 6 caught fish. The fish will swim around and bottomdwellers will hang out on the bottom. There is also a new incense scented candle that can change your Sim’s mood. Or maybe the Mud Baths and Saunas are your Sim’s type of relaxation. Great news, mud baths and soaks are available in nearly every type of tub. Your Sims can even Woohoo in the Sauna when they are alone. All of the Spa items can be used on Spas, Gyms, and residential lots.

New Death (Death by Steam)

Your Sims can now die in the Sauna. When your Sim spend too much time getting a Superfluous Steaming they might meet their end.

Dress up your Sim in a towel or yoga outfits

What’s a game pack without awesome and unique clothing and hair styles. Put on a towel, dress up in your yoga clothing or put on a fluffy robe.

    1. I agree. I think the sims 4 should come with washers and dryers. it should also have more realistic items that relate to everyday life.

        1. Remember you had to buy washers and dryers in the sims 3 though, so I think it would be fair to put them in something like a generationsish expansion pack. I think it would be more fair to people who bought the store content washers and dryers so it wouldn’t be like they bought it in the sims 3 but then the people who didn’t buy them got them for free in the sims 4.

          1. I think in general there should be expansion like packs that we’re themed to different lifestyles like ‘modern’ ‘family’ ‘vintage’ just different furniture and gameplay for that kind of stuff

  1. what is the special suprize if your sim meditates i think they have sensing powers or superpowers what is the suprize tell me people.

    1. Yes, although I’ve always loved loved the sims from the very beginning, their prices never drop. Charging $20 for most likely less than 15 new items/options in a game is outlandish.

      1. “[…] most likely less than 15 new items/options […]”

On this very page, it says 55 Create A Sim items and 122 Build Mode items.

    2. I think $20 dollars is completely worth it, I mean you get new venues, tons of new interactions, a whole new set of work out clothes and even some clothes that don’t have to be for working out. I honestly don’t see what you mean that it isn’t worth 20 and that it’s worth 10? That just sounds rediculous to me..

  2. Don’t know why they make us EST wait so long to get this! We should be able to get it the same time as everyone else πŸ™

  3. I really cant wait for this game. I know that this is going to sound like a dumb question, but I know that I can buy the game off Origin but is there any where else I can get it faster.

  4. im getting the game in the morning and I’m most excited for the new building it think this and get to work are the best things that have happend to the sims 4 yet to come I hope they get more things like pet store and grocery store maybe or more career like teacher and waiter or something like that

  5. I think that it’s hillarious how the majority of game pack overveiws are normally like 20 minutes but because this one is so big most are like 45 minutes. Really worth it in my opinion.
