SimGuruLyndsay has announced over at her official Twitter account that the Maxis Monthly Livestream for this Month (April) has slightly delayed. Here is what she had to say:
Hey Simmers! I know you’ve been waiting to hear about our Maxis Monthly stream. I’ve asked the team to delay this month’s stream for a little bit. I have a few updates I want to sneak in that aren’t quite ready to talk about and I’m taking a vacation with my family next week. 1/2

There is no exact date for April’s Maxis Monthly Livestream but all we know is that it’s being delayed for a little while longer so that the team can show off brand new free content in a future update.
