Try copy them. And did you type in testingcheats true first?
Same happened to me….. I made sure to type the testing cheats code, but it still didn’t work after I used the code. I typed it in multiple times, making sure that I spelled everything right, but it still didn’t work :/

Requirements for them to work are; type in testingcheats true first and own a restaurant. To see if they worked open up your Perk rewards list and hover over the shopping basket. When the cheat worked it will say: Your Sim does not meet the proper age requirements or this item has already been claimed.

was the entire thing together? because only type it in like testingcheats true . after you typed that in it should say cheats enabled or something like that.
I was experiencing problems as well, even when I typed testingcheats true! 🙁
I thought it wasn’t working for me either because there was no notification that anything happened. If you click on perk points you will see the list of things you can get. If you typed in the cheat then hover over the basket & it will tell you this item has already been purchased.
You have to put testingcheats true in first & then copy and paste each cheat. You won’t have points. It will just automatically be an option for you. You’ll be able to do all these things without having to buy them.

ive tried copying the cheat, making sure i wrote it right and it just doesnt work. All the other cheats work excpet the perks :/
Is there any cheats to make my employees happy with their jobs, I’ve tried everything from promoting them to where I can’t promote them anymore to giving them the inspirational speech. Please help!!! Cause I don’t wanna start all over with new employees!

For those who can’t get it to work, type in ‘testingcheats on’ instead of true. It worked for me. Actually, that was the first option I tried.
I did all this with the testing cheats on it said “cheats are enabled” typed it in exactly still didn’t work
SOLUTION: First it doesnt work, BUT I can find the solution, you need to put “Testingcheats true” click Enter, will open a window and then you put the code, It’s working now 😀

The developers must have changed some of the code since the latest expansion. I’ve tinkered around with the code and found the following changes for these you have mentioned:
