Is there a way to spawn a particular festival?
You can go to a lot near the festival. Each festival is located in a different part of town so going to places like karaoke bars or other lots to get there would work just fine. Also, if you chose to live in an apartment, (this doesn’t work for penthouses) if I’m not mistaken, you can click on the board near in that apartment complex and there should be a button to go to it. I hope this helps and I also hope I explained this well enough.

Not exactly what you’re looking for, but level 10 charisma will get you 800,000 followers every time you upload a viral video, so stats.set_skill_level major_charisma 10
Doesn’t work
This maxing out charisma cheat doesnt work anymore for gaining followers. Easiest way I have found is to get a drone and begin streaming. You get 150-175 followers every few sim-minutes.

Well you can up your charisma then post many viral videos and pictures. I have many followers from videos alone.
Is the enable/disable “emotional aura” options for some items/rooms still available in this expansion?
Is there any way to remove the pests in the apartments?
You need to try and remove them by finding where they come from, fine the rats hole in the wall if there are rad, and if they are cockroaches then you can spray them. If your sim is unable to do so you can complain to the landlord about it and she/he will come and fix your issue.

Yeah, just put in stats.skill_set_level Major_Charisma 10 and then upload a vital video
It didn’t work! I tried but it just said I had 0 followers! Then when I uploaded the viral video everyone said it sucked and was boring. Then said I had lost 18000 followers like wat? So then I checked how many I had and I have 0 followers someone help me!
