EA Help over at Twitter announced that they are experiencing connectivity problems with all their games. Here is what they had to say over at Twitter:
We're currently having connectivity problems with our games and https://t.co/FsLr81tLiC. We will post updates here as we receive more info.

This means that many Simmers can not access the Gallery or even be able to open The Sims 4 through Origin.
It’s not only PC/Mac Simmers that are experiencing problems though since many Simmers have also been complaining that The Sims Mobile is also experiencing the connectivity problems too.
We shouldn’t have to suffer for long though since both EA Help and SimGuruVix took to Twitter to release a statement to let Simmers and other gamers know that they are looking into fixing the problem!
Update: Our network teams are working on getting everything restored and are having to run through restarting some systems. We will post more updates on progress as soon as we have them. https://t.co/oYAaBUlzit
