Would We Be Seeing An Anniversary Update Today ?

As you all know The Sims turns 18 today, I know I can’t believe it too! Anyway the wonderful Jessica Willams posted a anniversary video over at her Instagram account.

But as you can see her sim is sporting a new top thats not in the game. Could this mean we could see a update today or tomorrow ? I guess we will have to find out.
