This is a great challenge for everyone. From beginner to expert, you can make it as beautiful as you want with a very limited budget.

Buy or choose a 20×30 lot on the map with the maximum cost of 2,500 Simoleons. Place all the objects from the Minimum objects requirements list for this challenge. I recommend buying the cheap objects from every category, you can always upgrade later on if you have money to spare. And start building! Rules

  • The lot itself must stay below the cost of 17,500 Simoleons.
  • You must buy a 20×30 lot below 2,500 Simoleons.
  • You must build at least one separate bedroom in the house.
  • The house must have at least one separate bathroom.
  • You can’t use CC in this build.
  • You can use every expansion/game/stuff pack you bought.

Minimum object requirements

  • 2 Sinks (one in the bathroom and one in the kitchen)
  • Toilet
  • Shower/Bath
  • Mirror
  • Dining Table
  • 2 Chairs
  • 2 Kitchen Counters
  • Stove
  • Refrigerator
  • Trash Can
  • Double Bed
  • Sofa
  • Television, Bookcase or a Computer
